Metro Exodus to ship with Photo mode

Metro Exodus is only 5 weeks away so expect lots of new information to appear about the game. It’s been confirmed today that the game will ship with Photo Mode, one of the most requested features.

Jon Bloch, Executive Producer at 4A Games said:

Photo Mode has been one of the most requested features from the Metro community, they’re relatively rare in 1st person shooters, but the team have been determined to make it work and give Metro fans the opportunity to capture their own stories from the Russian wastelands.

Photo Mode will be available for all platforms, while PC players will additionally benefit from support for Ansel, NVIDIA’s proprietary screenshot capture software.

In case you didn’t know, Metro Exodus is a story-driven first person shooter from 4A Games that blends deadly combat and stealth with exploration and survival horror. Explore the Russian wilderness across vast, non-linear levels and follow a thrilling story-line that spans an entire year through spring, summer and autumn to the depths of nuclear winter.

There will be lots of new announcements coming out during this week, including a Story Trailer.
