#GiveWithXbox to raise $1 Million for four special charities

This weekend at XO18, it was annoucned that Microsoft were launching a new charity drive called #GiveWithXbox. They will donate $5, up to $1 million worth of Xbox products to four charities that that using gaming to help with rehabilitation including Child’s Play, Gamers Outreach, Operation Supply Drop (OSD) and the wonderful gang at Special Effect.

What can you do to help? It’s very simple, simply use the hashtag #givewithXbox and share a photo of what gaming means to you and how it brings people together.

There is plenty of time to help out as the event runs until the 9th of December. It’s great to see Xbox helping level the playing field for disabled gamers, earlier this year they launch the Xbox Adaptive Controller, which was met with great acclaim.
