Soulcalibur 6 online beta launches for a stress test next week

Ready to beat up random strangers over the Internet? You’ll be able to do it in the world of Soulcalibur shortly, with the help of a massive sword or two.

Bandai Namco has announced that they’ll be carrying out a network test of the games online versus mode for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Just jump online from 4pm UK time on 28th September and you’ll be able to try out the Soulcalibur 6 online beta until 4am UK time on 1st October.

That means you’ll be able to try the game before its official release date on 19th October 2018. It’s out for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We’re not sure why the PC is included in the stress test, but there you go.
