I’m really quite excited about Jump Force, especially after I played it at EGX 2018, and I’m not really a fan of fighting games. However, the interesting art-style and incredible bonkers special moves have me really interested. And, we can all experience it first hand this weekend, as long as you’re quick! The Jump Force open beta is happening on January 18th through to the 20th, across four distinct times.
Session 1: Friday, January 18th at 12pm to 3pm GMT
Session 2: Saturday January 19th at 5am – 8am GMT
Session 3: Saturday, January 19th at 4pm – 7pm GMT
Session 4: Sunday, January 20th at 8pm to 11pm GMT
The open beta will feature a matchmaking process in an online vs lobby where players will be able to jump into battle. Get ready to fight in stages set in Mexico, New York, Namek, Hong Kong, and Matterhorn.
For those of you who don’t know, Jump Force is developed by Spike Chunsoft and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment and features characters from various manga series such as Dragon Ball, One Piece and Naruto, in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the famous Weekly Jump Magazine. The game is set to be released on February 15th 2019 for Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
